Dear Brendan,
Thank you for taking
us through the Penitentiary Chapel.
We enjoyed it very much.
It was very scary.

P.S I like your voice

  Dear Brendan
I really enjoyed your scary stories and walking
around to see what it was like back then. The best bit was when you took us to see where they got hung by the noose but underneath that bit wasn't very good because it didn't smell very nice at all. Thank you for taking us around.

A young lady, young man and myself were entering the convict cell under the Chapel and on an off repeatedly we all heard loud but distant male voices singing. I turned around and whether it was from fright or not I distinctly saw a pair of male legs darting around the corner.
That was enough for me, I had to leave.
Definitely be afraid and do not disbelieve

As I was finishing the tour, coming up the passageway leading to court #2, 6 heavy footsteps followed me out as I was the last one out. I assumed it was the security guard following me out, but to my surprise he was already out. I even turned around to shine my light down to help him out. And I was a serious sceptic!

Just coming out of the solitary cell area I heard the sounds like a woman wailing.
 Two others heard this too.

When I was walking through the passage way (near Walkway) heard noise resembling a finger running around the rim of a crystal glass , also at the gallows I saw a figure pass the door's entrance. I noticed a green mist above the walkway upstairs. My girlfriend heard distinct breathing behind her in the Judges chair. In courtroom #1 on the return through the passageway my girlfriend had become ill. Also noticed the noose moving when people were below the gallows.

In the room with Ivy sitting on the couch my right hand felt as if it was being massaged. This chair was also freezing, I was shaking with cold.  In the convicts church smelt a foul odour halfway along path.
Outside on path to gallows someone was behind me I heard a couple of footsteps.
At the gallows I nearly had to walk out, I felt like I almost fainted.

I felt cold a lot during the tour especially around and below the gallows, as if someone was touching my left arm (and I was wearing a thick fleecy jumper)

We were in the tunnel and from behind my mum a large sound like a whoosh, like a person was right behind us. Mum looked to , thought we heard footsteps. I'm quite glad to be outside now Thanks.
P.S  I didn't like the gallows, they made me feel funny.

Well I only got as far as 4-5 minutes in the first part of the tour (The Magistrates Court) and my video cut out. I was taping on the way here and outside. Battery was full! After the tour as I stepped outside it worked perfectly.

When standing in the corner near the noose, it felt like there was a thumb pushing into my throat.

Smelt blood in room beneath gallows particularly behind leather covered stopper.  After viewing gun store and walkway back past door of room beneath gallows scent of blood was stronger.

I could definitely smell blood smell under gallows, also heavy feeling on right shoulder standing on gallows. All nurses on this tour.

Whilst standing in the gallows between the trapdoor and handle which activates the trapdoor, I suddenly felt all hot and sweaty and very strange although it was outside and freezing. I then felt as if someone/something was pulling the bottom of my legs towards the trapdoor. I felt as if I was going to be pulled to the ground. It was very, very creepy!
thanks a lot, we had a spooky time! It was great.

Tonight whilst going down the long passage way to Ivy's room I distinctly saw a dark figure round the corner going to the office down the entrance hall. While I was in Ivy's room I was overcome with a strong feeling that I was going to cry.
